E.S. Coatings 2000C.
This coating has to be applied from
inside the Ovens and Dryers. Suitable and recommended for Ovens
working below 2500C. We have received results upto 35%
of fuel saving.
E.S. Coating 4000C.
It
can sustain the temperature up to 4500C and saves
energy losses up to 15% to 20%. We have got the results of fuel
savings up to 30%.
E.S. Coating 6000C.
It is
suitable and recommended for the furnaces having a metal surface
from inside and working below 650 0C. Help to save the
fuel consumption by more than 15%.
E.S. Coating 8000C.
The high - tech energy saving coating
that sustains temperature up to 8700C. Suitable and
recommended for furnaces having metal shell from inside and
working below 8700C. This coating will help to reduce
the fuel consumption by more than 15%.
E.S.Coating 8000C
(Bricks).
This coating is specially recommended for
furnace having refractory bricks and requiring temperature up to
850 0C.
E.S.Coating 11000C.
It is
a ceramic based high – tech energy saving coating for bricks and
castables and can sustain temperature up to 1100 0C.
Saves fuel consumption by 10% to 15%.
E.S. Coating 14000C.
It is
recommended for temperature above 11000C to 14500C. Used in coating furnaces, rolling mills and
furnaces working below 14500C. Saves fuel by more than
10%.
E.S. Coating 17500C.
Recommended
for furnaces having temperatures above 14500C.
E.S. Coating External.
This is a high
temperature sustaining Anti-Corrosive coating to be applied on the
external shell of the Ovens, furnaces, chimneys etc.
